SPONSORSHIPS Sponsorships are still available for the 2012 conference. There are two levels of sponsorship and consist of financial support for the conference or financial support and participation in the planning and administration of the conference. For $5,000.00 sponsors receive a company representative on the organizing committee; one exhibitor booth space (includes one full participant registration); one additional full participant registration for organizing committee member; and inclusion of company name on Conference announcements, conference program, published proceedings, and any conference-sponsored promotional items. For $2,000.00 sponsors receive the inclusion of company name on Conference announcements, conference program, published proceedings, and any conference-sponsored promotional items and early registration fees for all company attendees.
